The core products are:

  Store or resource locator, allowing a one-number strategy & uses speech to direct the calls
• SpeechStorm™ Information Line
  Allows callers to select information or request a resource using speech instead of touchtone
• SpeechStorm™ Questionnaire Builder
  Allows organisations to build their own customer satisfaction survey or consumer intelligence questionnaires without major per-project cost
• SpeechStorm™ Outbound Notifier
  Allows organisations to generate automated outbound calls to present important messages or ask vital questions.
• SpeechStorm™ Ringtone Ordering
  Allows callers to order and download mobile phone ring tones by recognising the caller’s spoken commands.

A key component of the SpeechStorm™ Suite is the advanced web based management console.

This is a user friendly interface that enables business users to easily configure the core application templates - simply by logging into the SpeechStorm™ web portal. Using this console means business users can easily configure the application such as dynamically changing the prompts the caller hears when calling into the application.

In addition to the ease of configuration the web management suite provides business users with full reporting capability so that they have visibility of the number of calls being processed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
