SpeechStorm Doubles Sales Revenues in First QuarteStirling Council and SITA UK among new customers
Belfast, Northern Ireland, August 9th 2007 - SpeechStorm, a leading provider of advanced speech recognition solutions, today announced a successful first quarter and the doubling of its UK sales revenues. The company recently began targeting the UK market and in the past three months has already seen traction and demand for their hosted speech solutions. SITA UK, Northern Ireland Electricity and Stirling Council are among recent customer wins.
In April this year SpeechStorm was launched as a separate operating division of Kainos, the leading IT consulting company, with a multi-million pound investment to grow the business in the UK and Ireland. Since April the company has opened offices in both London and Glasgow and has made a number of key sales hires to meet and service market demand.

SpeechStorm plans to launch a new version of their assistOnDemand product offering later this year. The new version will consist of expanded speech applications with enhanced features including outbound notification, enhanced configuration management and reporting. The company will also continue to increase its headcount to service the growing market demand.
