SpeechStorm™ provides two delivery options: a fully hosted, managed and maintained OnDemand solution and an OnPremise solution managed and updated by SpeechStorm. Whether or not you decide to manage your own speech applications, SpeechStorm Speech Applications are designed to fully leverage existing infrastructure.

Hosted

The SpeechStorm managed, hosted service takes advantage of our speech applications and proven expertise with minimal capital expenditure and risk. SpeechStorm options include monthly fees or transactional charging based on call volume.

On Premise

SpeechStorm on premise solutions are deployed and integrated with the customer’s telecoms platform. Solutions may be bespoke or pre-built applications. All solutions are scalable, fully customisable, offering full reporting engines and full service agreements. The application sits on an independent voice platform.
