SpeechStorm and their telco partners eircom provided a Locate and Connect solution that helped customers find their nearest rental office.




Dixons
With our Intelligent Router solution, Dixons were able to reduce non-sales calls by over 60%, enabling sales staff to focus on selling while the customer satisfaction increased by automatically directing all after-sales enquiries to the relevant manufacturer, first-time, every-time.

We developed an award winning customer services solution for eircom which has allowed them to both increase customer service levels and significantly reduce operational costs. eircom is on track to achieve ROI and reduce operating costs by 20% in a two year timeframe.


Northern Ireland Electricity
Using our Identification & Verification and Account Balance products over 80% of all account enquiries are now managed by the automated service, which equates to some 50,000 calls since the service first went live just over a year ago.


SITA UK Limited
SITA UK Limitied, the UK’s waste management and recycling company, implemented our Locate & Connect speech self-service product to their corporate account customers giving them immediate and direct access to its nationwide network of depots.
